Time for Submission Except as specified below, any claim by Contractor for a change in the Contract Time or the Material Completion and Occupancy Date shall be made within fourteen days of the day on which the Contractor becomes aware of the event on which the claim is based or, if the Contract Documents specify a shorter or longer period with respect to such event, within the period specified by the Contract Documents.

Deadline for Submission of Bids 19.1 Bids must be received by the Purchaser at the address specified under ITB Clause 18.2 no later than the time and date specified in the Bid Data Sheet. 19.2 The Purchaser may, at its discretion, extend this deadline for the submission of bids by amending the bidding documents in accordance with ITB Clause 7, in which case all rights and obligations of the Purchaser and bidders previously subject to the deadline will thereafter be subject to the deadline as extended.
Documentation and compliance (a) The data importer shall promptly and adequately deal with enquiries from the data exporter that relate to the processing under these Clauses.
AUDIT REPORT SUBMISSION Audit reports must be submitted no later than 150 days following cancellation, termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Mechanisms for Cooperation 1. Pursuant to Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties hereby establish a Committee on Cooperation comprising representatives of each Party. 2. The Parties will designate nationals contact points to facilitate communication on possible cooperation activities. The contact points will work with government agencies, business sector representatives and educational and research institutions for the operation of this Chapter. 3. The Parties shall use diplomatic channels to promote dialogue and cooperation consistent with this Agreement. 4. The Committee shall have the following functions: (a) to monitor and assess the progress in implementing of the cooperation projects agreed by the Parties; (b) to establish rules and procedures for the conduct of its work; (c) to make recommendations of the cooperation activities under this Chapter, in accordance with the strategic priorities of the Parties; and (d) to review through regular reporting from the Parties, the operation of this Chapter and the application and fulfillment of its objectives between the relevant institutions of the Parties.

Accurate and Timely Submission of Reports a) The reports and administrative fees shall be accurate and timely and submitted in accordance with the due dates specified in this section. Vendor shall correct any inaccurate reports or administrative fee payments within three (3) business days upon written notification by DIR. Effect of Addenda, Bulletins, and Change Orders No special implication, interpretation, construction, connotation, denotation, import, or meaning shall be assigned to any provision of the Contract Documents because of changes created by the issuance of any (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order other than the precise meaning that the Contract Documents would have had if the provision thus created had read originally as it reads subsequent to the (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order by which it was created.
