Requirements for Change Proposal. Each Change Proposal must: set out a full description of the Change; and specify all changes to the relevant Contract Price, the relevant timeframes and any other conditions which the Supplier reasonably requires in order to perform the Change and must detail reasons for those changes. Any adjustment to the Contract Price must be based on the Supplier’s actual direct costs as a result of the Change, including a reasonable profit allowance.

  • Agreement Exceptions/Deviations Explanation If the proposing Vendor desires to deviate form the Vendor Agreement language, all such deviations must be listed on this attribute, with complete and detailed conditions and information included. TIPS will consider any deviations in its proposal award decisions, and TIPS reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal based upon any deviations indicated below. In the absence of any deviation entry on this attribute, the proposer assures TIPS of their full compliance with the Vendor Agreement. No response

  • Financial Proposal The tenderer shall use the tender forms included in the corresponding section of the Annex.
