Technical Proposal The technical proposal may be presented in free format. It shall not exceed ten pages, not counting the CVs. It shall respect the following page limit and structure: • Technical methodology (max. 7 pages) • Quality management (max. 1 page) • Project management (max. 1 page) • Resource management (proposal (max. 1 page) + CVs of experts)
Agreement Exceptions/Deviations Explanation If the proposing Vendor desires to deviate form the Vendor Agreement language, all such deviations must be listed on this attribute, with complete and detailed conditions and information included. TIPS will consider any deviations in its proposal award decisions, and TIPS reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal based upon any deviations indicated below. In the absence of any deviation entry on this attribute, the proposer assures TIPS of their full compliance with the Vendor Agreement. No response
Financial Proposal The tenderer shall use the tender forms included in the corresponding section of the Annex. Determination of prices All prices given in the tender form must obligatorily be quoted in EUROS. This procurement contract is a price-schedule contract, i.e. a contract in which only the unit prices are lump-sum prices. The price to be paid will be obtained by applying the unit prices mentioned in the inventory to the quantities actually performed. Elements included in the price (Art. 32 Royal Decree of 18 April 2017) The tenderer is to include in his unit and global prices any charges and taxes generally inherent to the performance of the contract, with the exception of the value-added tax (VAT).
