Requirements and Considerations. Students from MSTC must have completed the above-named program with a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.3 and up to 4.0 for consideration for transfer under the terms of this document. MSTC general education /breadth courses in communication, social sciences, mathematics and natural science may transfer in to fulfill UW-Superior university studies requirement in these areas. All UW- Superior university studies core and knowledge category requirements not met by transfer credits must be completed. A minimum of 15 credits from the program named above (MSTC) may be transferred in as listed above and counted towards the Exercise degree. Other credits from MSTC may come in as credits toward graduation, but do not fit in a particular category in relation to the MSTC degree. Elective courses taken at MSTC which are not listed in the agreement will be reviewed by the faculty of the UW-Superior degree program named above on a case by case basis. A minimum of 30 credits must be earned at UW-Superior in order to be awarded any degree from UW- Superior. The last 12 credits must be taken at UW-Superior. Students must maintain a 2.5/4.0 grade point average in upper division courses to be eligible for the bachelor’s degree named above. Students are required to complete a final internship and senior research project to fulfill graduation requirement for the bachelor’s degree named above.

Requirements and Considerations. The 120 credit degree has a 40 credit General Education requirement, 33 credit professional core component, and a 47 credit block of technical competence. For purposes of transfer between the Colleges of the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS colleges) and XX Xxout, technical/occupational area(s) are recognized as combined credits from areas for which the WTCS colleges offer either an A.A.S., A.S. or one/two year diploma program. XX Xxout recognizes that the successful completion of the program at the WTCS colleges is sufficient evidence to warrant acceptance of technical/occupational credits in this area towards the B.S. Career, Technical Education & Training. General Education courses offered as part of the A.A.S. program at the WTCS College in the areas of Communication Skills, Social Science, Math, and Science may also transfer and be used towards the B.S. Career, Technical Education & Training. These applicable courses have been pre determined and are available as to their transferability in Transferology and/or documented on the Universal Credit Transfer Agreement (UCTA) as well as listed in the General Education Advising Guide on XX Xxout’s Transfer Guides and Resources Website. Those that have not been predetermined may be reviewed on a case by case basis after a review of course syllabi. Based on the above information, students transferring from a WTCS college with a sixty (60) credit A.A.S. degree that includes transferable courses within the general education categories stated above, will need approximately 60 additional credits to complete the B.S. Career, Technical Education & Training at XX Xtout. A student from a qualified A.A.S. degree program will typically transfer 16 20 credits of general education and 40 44 credits of Technical Emphasis (this may vary dependent upon the degree earned). The Following Limitations Apply for the B.S. Career, Technical Education & Training:

FDLTCC general education /breadth courses in communication, social sciences, mathematics and natural science may transfer in to fulfill UW-Superior university studies requirement in these areas. All UW- Superior university studies core and knowledge category requirements not met by transfer credits must be completed. Thirty-six (36) credits are required to complete the English major at UW-Superior. A maximum of 18 credits from the FDLTCC program named above may be transferred in and used toward this major. This 18-credit cap does not include courses meeting the world language requirement. Since the B.A. in English is a noncomprehensive major, a minor is required. Six (6) credits of a world language are required to earn the B.A. in English. Other credits from FDLTCC may come in as credits toward graduation, but do not fit in a particular category in relation to the FDLTCC degree. Elective courses taken at FDLTCC which are not listed in the agreement will be reviewed by the faculty of the UW-Superior degree program named above on a case by case basis. 36 total credits are required to complete the bachelor’s degree named above. A minimum of 30 credits must be earned at UW-Superior in order to be awarded any degree from UW- Superior. The last 12 credits must be taken at UW-Superior. Students must maintain a 2.0/4.0 grade point average in upper division courses to by eligible for the bachelor’s degree named above.

Forty-eight to sixty (48-60) total credits are required to complete the bachelor’s degree named above. A minimum of 30 credits must be earned at UW-Superior in order to be awarded any degree from UW- Superior. The last 12 credits must be taken at UW-Superior.

The 48 credit block of courses in Technical Specialty for the BS ICT requires the demonstration of competence in a related technical area. For purposes of transfer between the Colleges of the Wisconsin Technical College System and XX Xxout, a technical area is recognized as a program related to the subject of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for which the WTCS colleges offer an A.A.S. or A.S. degree (e.g., Information Technology). XX Xxout recognizes that the successful completion of a program within the WTCS colleges is sufficient evidence to warrant the acceptance of technical credits in this area towards the BS ICT.

  • Entitlements and Purchasing Requirements You must purchase the appropriate number of Software Subscription(s), based on the number of Socket-pairs for all Managed Nodes being managed by the Red Hat CloudForms Software. A “Socket-pair” is up to two sockets each occupied by a CPU on a Managed Node. Red Hat CloudForms Software is configured to manage virtual machines on certain public clouds (a “Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud”). You must purchase the appropriate number of Red Hat CloudForms for Public Cloud Software Subscriptions based on the number of Managed VMs instantiated on a Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud. Please confirm that a specific public cloud is a Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud prior to purchasing. A Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription is bundled with the Red Hat CloudForms Software Subscription and the fees for the Red Hat CloudForms Subscription are based on such bundled use. Any use of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux other than to run the Red Hat CloudForms Software is subject to Red Hat’s standard Software Subscription fees for such use.

  • General Considerations a. All reports, drawings, designs, specifications, notebooks, computations, details, and calculation documents prepared by Vendor and presented to the Board pursuant to this Agreement are and remain the property of the Board as instruments of service.

  • Financial Considerations 5.1 In the event aggregate funding provided to SCDDO from county, state and/or federal sources is reduced or in any way becomes insufficient to fund this Agreement, the obligations of both SCDDO and the CSP must thereupon be: (1) reduced on a pro rata basis, or (2) renegotiated or terminated, provided that any termination of this Agreement must be without prejudice to any obligations or liabilities of the parties accrued prior to the termination.

  • Environmental Considerations A. Company, its officers, agents, servants, employees, invitees, independent contractors, successors, and assigns will not discharge or spill any Hazardous Substance, as defined herein, into any component of the storm drainage system or onto any paved or unpaved area within the boundaries of the Premises. In addition, Company will not discharge or spill any Hazardous Substance into any component of the sanitary sewer system without first neutralizing or treating same as required by applicable anti-pollution laws or ordinances, in a manner satisfactory to Authority and other public bodies, federal, state, or local, having jurisdiction over or responsibility for the prevention of pollution of canals, streams, rivers, and other bodies of water. Company’s discharge, spill or introduction of any Hazardous Substance onto the Premises or into any component of Authority’s sanitary or storm drainage systems will, if not remedied by Company with all due dispatch, at the sole discretion of Authority, be deemed a default and cause for termination of this Agreement by Authority, subject to notice and cure. Such termination will not relieve Company of or from liability for such discharge or spill.

  • Tax Considerations The Company has advised Recipient to seek Recipient’s own tax and financial advice with regard to the federal and state tax considerations resulting from Recipient’s receipt of the Award and Recipient’s receipt of the Shares upon Settlement of the vested portion of the Award. Recipient understands that the Company, to the extent required by law, will report to appropriate taxing authorities the payment to Recipient of compensation income upon the Settlement of RSUs under the Award and Recipient shall be solely responsible for the payment of all federal and state taxes resulting from such Settlement.

  • Ethical Considerations The study will be conducted in accordance with ethical principles founded in the Declaration of Helsinki. The Institutional Review Board (IRB)/Independent Ethics Committee (IEC) will review all appropriate study documentation in order to safeguard the rights, safety and well-being of the subjects. The study can only be conducted at study sites where IRB/IEC approval has been obtained. The protocol, informed consent form, Investigator’s Brochure, advertisements (if applicable), and all other forms of information given to subjects will be provided to the IRB/IEC by the Investigator. In addition, reports on the progress of the study will be submitted to the IRB/IEC by the Investigator at the appropriate intervals.

  • RISK CONSIDERATION There are no significant risks associated with the recommendations contained within this report. This application may be considered under existing MPS policies. Community Council has the discretion to make decisions that are consistent with the MPS, and such decisions may be appealed to the N.S. Utility and Review Board. Information concerning risks and other implications of adopting the proposed development agreement are contained within the Discussion section of this report. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPLICATIONS No environmental implications are identified.
