No assignment or subletting by Tenant under this Article 20 shall relieve Tenant of any of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease, and Tenant shall remain fully liable for the faithful performance of all covenants, terms and conditions hereof on Tenant’s part to be performed. Any attempted assignment or sublease by Tenant in violation of the terms and covenants of this Article 20 shall be void. Any consent by Landlord to a particular assignment or sublease shall not constitute Landlord’s consent to any other or subsequent assignment or sublease.
