Requirement to Work Overtime. 5.4.1 The Company may require an Employee to work reasonable overtime in addition to scheduled hours and the Employee will work reasonable overtime in accordance with such requirements. It is also recognised that from time to time some Employees may request to work less hours due to personal/banking commitments. Requests to work a shorter day will be considered on their merits.

Requirement to Work Overtime. The nature of the Project is such that employees may be required to work reasonable overtime. Subject to the Company’s and the site’s operating requirements, work will generally be planned on the basis of ten (10) hours per day averaging a total of 130 hours per fortnight with every second Saturday or Sunday being an unpaid non-working day. The hours that are additional to the ordinary hours are overtime and are not guaranteed.
