Required Trainings. 24. Establish and maintain working linkages through Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with a resource network of community and social service agencies serving or having an interest in the target population. MOUs will encourage networking, coordination, and referrals to help address the needs of the participants, their families, and supportive allies.
