Required Third Party Services. RIM may also provide You with items of BlackBerry Handheld Software that are specifically designed to enable You to access particular Third Party Services (e.g. My Space and MSN Messenger). Your Airtime Service Provider must permit You to access the Third Party Service through Your Handheld Product in order for You to do so. You may also require an account with the Third Party Service provider in order to use this BlackBerry Handheld Software with certain features of the Third Party Service, which account will be governed by the terms and conditions You agree to in relation to the Third Party Service. If You are unsure whether RIM is the source of a website, content, item, product or service, please contact RIM at xxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. If You deal with third parties through the Internet or in association with Third Party Services, take care to ensure You know who You are dealing with, and that You know the terms and conditions associated with those websites and any Third Party Services or Third Party Items, You may receive, including, without limitation, delivery and payment terms, terms of use, end user license terms, ability to return products, privacy terms, privacy settings, and security features to protect Your private information and to ensure Your personal safety. If You enter into agreements with third parties, You will be responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of those agreements.

Required Third Party Services. Your Subscription may include Required Third Party Services. Your use of a Required Third Party Service is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Required Third Party Service provider(s). Required Third Party Services are a required component of your Subscription and described in the Subscription Schedule found at the end of this Agreement. If you do not accept or agree to the terms and conditions imposed by the Required Third Party Service providers, Xxxx cannot grant you and you do not have a license to the Subscription.
Required Third Party Services. Third-Party Services may require CUSTOMER or a Fudo Partner, as applicable, to purchase or otherwise obtain a license to use such Third-Party Services. Payment of all Third-Party Services fees is the responsibility of CUSTOMER or the applicable Fudo Partner, and all necessary permissions and licenses for Required Third-Party Services must be maintained in full force and effect for the duration of the License Term. FUDO will not be responsible for any loss of features or availability of Fudo Enterprise related to CUSTOMER’s failure to maintain Required Third-Party Services as specified in this Subsection. If CUSTOMER fails to maintain Required Third-Party Services licenses as required under this provision, then FUDO reserves the right to obtain such Third-Party Services license on behalf of CUSTOMER and invoice CUSTOMER accordingly.
Required Third Party Services a. The Product is hosted on Microsoft’s Windows Azure platform, an Internet‐scale cloud computing and services platform hosted in Microsoft data centers. Your use of the Product is subject to the following Microsoft terms, conditions and policies:
Required Third Party Services. Fudo One requires installation on virtual environments and/or cloud environments (“Cloud Services”), such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure (“Third-Party Cloud Services”). CUSTOMER is solely responsible for procuring and maintaining the virtual environment and/or Cloud Services necessary for Fudo One to function as intended. Fudo Partners may provide Cloud Services directly to CUSTOMER, and FUDO is not a party to such Cloud Services arrangements, and is not responsible in any way for the provision or maintenance of Cloud Services by a Fudo Partner. Any use by CUSTOMER of Third-Party Cloud Services or Cloud Services provided by a Fudo Partner is entirely between CUSTOMER and the applicable Third-Party Cloud Services provider/Fudo Partner. FUDO will not be responsible for any unavailability of Fudo One related to CUSTOMER’s use or inability to use Cloud Services. Third-Party Services may require CUSTOMER to purchase or otherwise obtain a license to use such Third-Party Service (“Thirty-Party Fees”). Payment of all Third-Party Fees is the responsibility of CUSTOMER. FUDO will not be responsible for any loss of features or availability of Fudo One related to CUSTOMER’s failure to maintain Third-Party Services.

  • Third Party Services Any services required for or contemplated by the performance of the above-referenced services by the Administrator to be provided by unaffiliated third parties (including independent auditors’ fees and counsel fees) may, if provided for or otherwise contemplated by the Financing Order and if the Issuer deems it necessary or desirable, be arranged by the Issuer or by the Administrator at the direction (which may be general or specific) of the Issuer. Costs and expenses associated with the contracting for such third-party professional services may be paid directly by the Issuer or paid by the Administrator and reimbursed by the Issuer in accordance with Section 2, or otherwise as the Administrator and the Issuer may mutually arrange.

You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible for any Third-party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof.   • Third Party Service Providers Unless otherwise prohibited by Apple in the Documentation or this Agreement, You are permitted to employ or retain a third party (“Service Provider”) to assist You in using the Apple Software and Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, engaging any such Service Provider to maintain and administer Your Applications’ servers on Your behalf, provided that any such Service Provider’s use of the Apple Software and Services or any materials associated therewith is done solely on Your behalf and only in accordance with these terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may not use a Service Provider to submit an Application to the App Store or use TestFlight on Your behalf. You agree to have a binding written agreement with Your Service Provider with terms at least as restrictive and protective of Apple as those set forth herein. Any actions undertaken by any such Service Provider in relation to Your Applications or use of the Apple Software or Apple Services and/or arising out of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been taken by You, and You (in addition to the Service Provider) shall be responsible to Apple for all such actions (or any inactions). In the event of any actions or inactions by the Service Provider that would constitute a violation of this Agreement or otherwise cause any harm, Apple reserves the right to require You to cease using such Service Provider.

  • Services and Third Party Materials A. The tvOS Software may enable access to Apple’s iTunes Store, App Store, Game Center, iCloud and other Apple and third party services, and web sites (collectively and individually, “Services”). Such Services may not be available in all languages or in all countries. Use of these Services requires Internet access and use of certain Services may require an Apple ID, may require you to accept additional terms and may be subject to additional fees. By using this software in connection with an Apple ID, or other Apple Service, you agree to the applicable terms of service for that Service, such as the latest iTunes Store Terms and Conditions, which you may access and review at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/legal/itunes/ ww/.

  • Third Party Servicer The Assuming Institution may perform any of its obligations and/or exercise any of its rights under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement through or by one or more Third Party Servicers, who may take actions and make expenditures as if any such Third Party Servicer was the Assuming Institution hereunder (and, for the avoidance of doubt, such expenses incurred by any such Third Party Servicer on behalf of the Assuming Institution shall be included in calculating Losses to the extent such expenses would be included in such calculation if the expenses were incurred by Assuming Institution); provided, however, that the use thereof by the Assuming Institution shall not release the Assuming Institution of any obligation or liability hereunder.

  • THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES AND WEBSITES 10.1 The Services may enable You to link to, transfer Your Content or Third Party Content to, or otherwise access, third parties’ websites, platforms, content, products, services, and information (“Third Party Services”). Oracle does not control and is not responsible for Third Party Services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of access and use of Third Party Services, and if Oracle accesses or uses any Third Party Services on Your behalf to facilitate performance of the Services, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use, including through passwords, credentials or tokens issued or otherwise made available to You, is authorized by the terms of access and use for such services. If You transfer or cause the transfer of Your Content or Third Party Content from the Services to a Third Party Service or other location, that transfer constitutes a distribution by You and not by Oracle.

  • Third Party Products and Services Through its Product(s), Palo Alto Networks may make available to you third-party products or services (“third-party apps”) which contain features designed to interoperate with our Products. To use such features, you must either obtain access to such third-party apps from their respective providers or permit Palo Alto Networks to obtain access on your behalf.   • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.
