Required Services. Syringa Networks requires that the Voice Service be provisioned over our own network transport. Syringa Networks must be the carrier of record for the underlying transport service. One of the following Syringa Networks Services must be purchased in conjunction with the Voice Service: - Syringa Networks dedicated WAN Service (Layer 2 Ethernet, or Layer 3 IPVPN service), or - Syringa Networks Business Internet Access Service
