As of any date, the Revolving Credit Lenders whose aggregate Commitments constitute at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the Total Commitment, or if the Commitments have been terminated, at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the sum of the Revolving Credit Loans outstanding PLUS participating interests in the Maximum Drawing Amounts of Letters of Credit outstanding PLUS Swing Line Loans outstanding PLUS unpaid Reimbursement Obligations in respect of Letters of Credit outstanding.
