Required Loan Documents. The Collateral Custodian will not dispose of any documents constituting the Required Loan Documents in any manner that is inconsistent with the performance of its obligations as the Collateral Custodian pursuant to this Agreement and will not dispose of any Collateral Portfolio except as contemplated by this Agreement.
Required Loan Documents. The Borrower shall deliver to the Collateral Custodian a hard copy of the Required Loan Documents and the Loan Asset Checklist pertaining to each Loan Asset within five Business Days of the Cut-Off Date pertaining to such Loan Asset.

The Backup Servicer will not dispose of any documents constituting the Required Loan Documents in any manner that is inconsistent with the performance of its obligations as the Backup Servicer pursuant to this Agreement and will not dispose of any Collateral Portfolio except as contemplated by this Agreement.
Required Loan Documents. The Trustee will not dispose of any documents constituting the Required Loan Documents in any manner that is inconsistent with the performance of its obligations as the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement and will not dispose of any Collateral except as contemplated by this Agreement.
Required Loan Documents. The Borrower shall deliver to the Collateral Custodian a hard copy or electronic copy of the Required Loan Documents and the Loan Asset Checklist in accordance with Section 3.04(b).
Required Loan Documents. The Borrower (or the Portfolio Asset Servicer on behalf of the Borrower) shall deliver to the Collateral Custodian and the Calculation Agent the Required Loan Documents and the Loan Asset Checklist pertaining to each Portfolio Asset, not later than five (5) Business Days after the Cut-Off Date pertaining to such Portfolio Asset (or such later date as the Initial Lender may agree).

The Calculation Agent will not dispose of any documents constituting the Required Loan Documents in any manner that is inconsistent with the performance of its obligations as the Calculation Agent pursuant to this Agreement and will not dispose of any Collateral except, in each case, as contemplated by this Agreement or as is consistent with the Servicing Standard.
Required Loan Documents. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Borrower shall deliver to the Collateral Custodian a copy of the Required Loan Documents and a copy of the Loan Asset Checklist pertaining to each Loan Asset no later than 10 Business Days after the later of (x) any related Advance Date as to any Loan Assets and (y) the date such loan assets have settled.

Each Loan Party shall deliver to the Collateral Custodian a hard copy or electronic copy of the Required Loan Documents (other than with respect to any original executed promissory note and, with respect to Non-Levered Loan Assets, only Required Loan Documents described in clause (a) of the definition of “Required Loan Documents”) and the Loan Asset Checklist pertaining to each Loan Asset not later than (i) the Cut-Off Date pertaining to such Loan Asset if the Servicer or its Affiliate is the agent with respect to such Loan Assets and (ii) otherwise, thirty (30) days after the Cut-Off Date.

The Servicer will not dispose of any documents constituting the Required Loan Documents in any manner that is inconsistent with the performance of its obligations as the Servicer pursuant to this Agreement and will not dispose of any Collateral Portfolio except as contemplated by this Agreement or as is consistent with the Servicing Standard.
