Required licenses and certification. Upon execution of this Agreement, and prior to the provision of Services to any patients of Client, Client shall provide Company with a copy of all documents, approvals, licenses and certifications, including its radioactive materials license, required for it to provide the Services from Company set forth herein to patients of Client.

  • Third Party Consents and Certificates All Parties agree to cooperate with each other in order to obtain any required third party consents to this Agreement and the transactions herein contemplated.
