In the event that two (2) or more employees with the requisite experience are available, they shall be dispatched in the order in which they are registered on the out-of-work list.

Required Experience. Contractor(s) awarded Group One must possess the following experience and required elements of responsibility detailed below. Replacement of these personnel will only be permitted with the prior written approval of the Authorized User. The Authorized User must receive appropriate documentation of experience for any proposed replacement personnel.

Other (Research group, research line, special conditions, etc., deemed necessary to clarify) Engineer degree with emphasis in mechanics (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Civil, or similar) Some previous research in multiscale computational models in solid mechanics.
