The performance bond is subject to the reasonable approval of Licensor’s attorney and must contain the following endorsement: “This bond may not be canceled until sixty (60) days after receipt by City of Milpitas, by registered mail, return receipt requested, of a written notice of intent to cancel or not to renew.”

If the Check is payable to you or your joint owner, either of you can endorse it. If the Check is made payable to you and your joint owner, both of you must endorse the Check and it must be deposited into a Mobile Deposit Account owned by both of you.
