Common use of Required Domestic Clause in Contracts

Required Domestic. Medical Plans Effective January 1, 2016, the Company shall offer the following domestic medical plans, the first three (3) of which are collectively referred to herein as the “Core Medical Options.” The plan designs for the three (3) Core Medical Options are outlined in Appendix A.
