Required Capabilities. ‌ If you are a Sub-Distributor, you must in respect to each end-user customer transaction, obtain from your reseller Records of the transaction that include details relating to, and documents evidencing the disposition of each Product from the reseller to each end-user customer in the Territory. You must agree to contractually obligate, if applicable, your reseller to deliver the Microsoft COA and APM together with each HPE Computer System, in HPE’s packaging, and to not quote a separate price for the Microsoft operating system, the Microsoft application software, or both.

Required Capabilities. The Contract Vendor must be able to provide the products and/or the services called for in the solicitation document including but not limited to ALL delivery requirements.‌ If the responder is a representative for a printer/manufacturer, the representative for the printer/manufacturer and the printer/manufacturer may not submit separate offers. If both the representative for the printer/manufacturer and the printer/manufacturer submit separate offers, both offers may be rejected. If the responder is a representative for a printer/manufacturer, the responder shall provide proof from the printer/manufacturer (on the printer/manufacturer’s letterhead) that the responder is authorized to contractually obligate the firm. Failure to provide proof from the printer/manufacturer with the Solicitation response may result in rejection of the Solicitation response. If a contract is awarded to the representative for a printer/manufacturer, the representative is the primary point of contact (“Contract Vendor”) to ensure that the Game Plan Newsletter is printed on time. The Contract Vendor must have the ability to print the Game Plan Newsletters and permit mail. The Contract Vendor must have knowledge of current U.S. Postal Service Regulations, experience in ink-jet labeling, barcoding and permit postage requirements.

Printed publications and brochures will be warehoused by the Contractor and ordered by OHE on an as- needed basis. The estimated quantity is 320,400 copies total. Continued failure to print and/or permit mail the Game Plan Newsletters on time may also result in cancellation or termination of the contract.
