Any provision in this Agreement that requires the approval of the Members, but does not specify the particular percentage interests or number of Members required for such approval, shall be interpreted to require the affirmative vote of the Member or Members holding a majority of the total Membership Interests from time to time, and specifically shall not be interpreted to require unanimous consent of the Members.
