Common use of Required Amount Clause in Contracts

Required Amount. With respect to each Distribution Date, on the related Determination Date, the Servicer shall determine the amount (the "Required Amount"), if any, by which (i) the full amount required to be paid pursuant to Sections 4.05(a)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv) and (vii) for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the amount of Available Finance Charge Collections to be applied thereto for such Distribution Date. The Servicer shall give the Trustee notice of the Required Amount on any Determination Date on which the Servicer determines that the Required Amount is greater than zero.
