Required Aggregation Group. A group of plans including:
Required Aggregation Group. (i) Each qualified plan of the Employer in which at least one Key Employee participates or participated at any time during the determination period (regardless of whether the plan has terminated), and (ii) any other qualified plan of the Employer which enables a plan described in (i) to meet the requirements of section 401(a)(4) or 410 of the Code.
Required Aggregation Group. In determining a re-quired aggregation group hereunder, each Plan of the Company in which a key employee is a parti-cipant, and each other Plan of the Company which enables any Plan in which a key employee participates to meet the requirements of Code Sections 401(a)(4) and 410, will be required to be aggregated. In the case of a required aggregation group, each Plan in the group will be considered a Top Heavy Plan if the required aggregation group is a Top Heavy group.
