Requests for reports. (a) Notwithstanding the relevant nominations by the Government Proponent in the Activity Notice under Part 1.2(f) of Schedule 4, the Government Proponent may by notice in writing request the Aboriginal Heritage Service Provider or Principal Aboriginal Heritage Consultant (as the case may be) to provide a Preliminary Advice or draft Survey Report, at any time, subject to this clause. The Government Proponent shall provide a copy of any notice under this clause to the Corporation at the same time as notifying the Aboriginal Heritage Service Provider or Principal Aboriginal Heritage Consultant (as the case may be).

Requests for reports. 3.1 The Youth Offending Officer in Court will provide the court with an ‘on the day report’, when possible. This service will only be available to young people charged with offences which will not result in a custodial sentence and the Court is clearly requesting a report on a ‘serious enough’ basis. The report will be produced in a typed format and will generally require 2 hours preparation.

  • Construction Reports Each Constructing Entity shall issue reports to each other Construction Party on a monthly basis, and at such other times as reasonably requested, regarding the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. Each Construction Party shall promptly identify, and shall notify each other Construction Party of, any event that the Construction Party reasonably expects may delay completion, or may significantly increase the cost, of the Interconnection Facilities.   • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.

  • Updates “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.

  • Interim Reports From time to time, but no less frequently than monthly, the Sponsor shall cause to be prepared and delivered (at the expense of this FuturesAccess Fund), to each Investor interim reports indicating this FuturesAccess Fund’s estimated results of operations and presenting such other matters concerning this FuturesAccess Fund’s operations as the Sponsor may deem appropriate as well as those required by the applicable Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulations. The estimated performance of this FuturesAccess Fund will be available upon request to the Sponsor by any Investor.
