Calculation of Time and Deadlines In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed under these rules, the day of the act or event from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included. The last day of the period so computed shall be included, unless it is a Saturday, a Sunday, or a legal holiday, in which event the period runs until the end of the next day which is not one of the aforementioned days. When the period of time prescribed is less than six (6) days, intermediate Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays shall be excluded in the computation. As used in this rule, “legal holiday” includes New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx. Day, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and any other day appointed as a holiday by the President or the Congress of the United States.

Each request by AbbVie for an AbbVie Reimbursement Payment shall be (a) submitted in writing to Allergan no later than 60 calendar days following the occurrence of the applicable AbbVie Payment Event; (b) accompanied by written invoices or written documentation supporting the request for an AbbVie Reimbursement Payment; and (c) subject to compliance with Section 3.3(b), satisfied in full by payment in full by Allergan to AbbVie in cleared, immediately available funds within seven calendar days following such receipt of such invoices or documentation.

Requests for Reimbursement. 5.3.1. The Subrecipient shall submit requests for reimbursement of actual allowable costs incurred by the Subrecipient in performance of this Agreement and in accordance with the attached budget, Exhibit A. Requests for reimbursement must be accompanied by documentation substantiating eligibility of costs for which reimbursement is requested. The Subrecipient shall submit the final requests for reimbursement not later than thirty (30) days after the close of the project period. The final request for reimbursement shall provide a reconciliation of actual revenue and expenses for the entire period of this Agreement.
