Requests for Days Off. (a) Requests for specific days off are to be submitted, in writing, at least three (3) weeks in advance of posting the schedule. Such requests will not be unreasonably requested nor denied. Such requests shall be responded to within six (6) calendar days prior to posting of the schedule. These requests will be granted on the basis of seniority. Requests for specific days off submitted after the above noted request timeframe will be considered on a first come first serve basis. Such requests shall be responded to within six (6) calendar days of the request.
Requests for Days Off. Any request for days off shall be made at least 7 days' in advance, or earlier where possible. The Employer will review the current schedule and grant or deny based upon operation requirements at the time of the request.
