Common use of Requests for Borrowings Clause in Contracts

Requests for Borrowings. To request a Borrowing, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by telephone (a) in the case of a Eurodollar Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central time, three (3) Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (b) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central time, one Business Day before the date of the proposed Borrowing; provided that no such notice shall be required for any deemed request of an ABR Borrowing to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.07(e). Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile or e-mail to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in substantially the form of Exhibit B and signed by the Borrower. Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02:

Requests for Borrowings. Each such telephonic or e-mail Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, delivery or facsimile or e-mail to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in substantially the form of Exhibit B and signed by the Parent, OP LLC and the Borrower. Each such telephonic telephonic/e-mail and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02:

Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile telecopy or e-mail email to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in substantially the form of Exhibit B and signed by the Borrower. Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02:

Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.022.04:

To request a Borrowing, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by telephone or e-mail (a) in the case of a Eurodollar Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m.12:00 noon, Central New York City time, three (3) Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (b) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central New York City time, one Business Day before on the date of the proposed Borrowing; provided that no such notice shall be required for any deemed request of an ABR Borrowing to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.07(e). Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02:

To request a Borrowing, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by telephone (a) in the case of a Eurodollar Term SOFR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central time, a.m. three (3) Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (b) in the case of an ABR Borrowing or Daily Simple SOFR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central time, one Business Day before on the date of the proposed Borrowing; provided that no such notice shall be required for any deemed request of an ABR Borrowing to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.07(e2.09(e). Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile delivery or e-mail electronic communication to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in substantially the form of Exhibit B and signed by the BorrowerBorrower (or other communication in writing acceptable to the Administrative Agent). Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02:

Requests for Borrowings. Each Borrowing shall be subject to each of the conditions set forth in Section 6.02. To request a Borrowing, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by telephone (a) in the case of a Eurodollar Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central Houston time, three (3) Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (b) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m.12:00 noon, Central Houston time, one Business Day before on the date of the proposed Borrowing; provided that no such notice shall be required for any deemed request of an ABR Borrowing to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.07(e2.08(e). Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile fax or e-mail electronic communication to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in substantially the form of Exhibit B and signed by the Borrower. Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02:: CREDIT AGREEMENT

To request a Borrowing, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by telephone (a) in the case of a Eurodollar Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central Chicago, Illinois time, three (3) Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (b) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central Chicago, Illinois time, one Business Day before on the date of the proposed Borrowing; provided that no such notice shall be required for any deemed request of an ABR Borrowing to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.07(e2.08(e). Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile delivery or e-mail telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in substantially the form of Exhibit B and signed by the Borrower. Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02:

(a) To request a Borrowing, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request either in writing by delivery of a Borrowing Request (by hand, facsimile or a “pdf” or other electronic transmission) signed by Borrower or by telephone (ai) in the case of a Eurodollar LIBOR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central time, 1:00 p.m. three (3) Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (bii) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central time, one Business Day before the date of the proposed Borrowing; provided that no a Base Rate Borrowing (including any such notice shall be required for any deemed request of an ABR a Base Rate Borrowing to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in contemplated by Section 2.07(e2.06(e)), not later than 12:00 noon on the date of the proposed Borrowing. Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile or e-mail a “pdf” or other electronic transmission to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in substantially the form of Exhibit B and signed by the Borrower. Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.022.01:

To request a Borrowing, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by telephone (a) in the case of a Eurodollar Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central Denver time, three (3) Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (b) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central Denver time, one (1) Business Day before the date of the proposed Borrowing; provided that no such notice shall be required for any deemed request of an ABR Borrowing to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.07(e2.08(e). Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand deliverydelivery or facsimile transmission or, facsimile or e-mail to the extent provided in Section 12.01(c), electronic communication to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in substantially the form of Exhibit B and signed by the Borrower. Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02information:

Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile delivery or e-mail telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request substantially in substantially the form of Exhibit B and signed by the Borrower. Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02:

Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile delivery or e-mail telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in substantially the form of Exhibit B and signed by the Borrower. Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02information:

Requests for Borrowings. To request a Borrowing, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by telephone (a) in the case of a Eurodollar Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m.12:00 noon, Central New York City time, three (3) Business Banking Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (b) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m.12:00 noon, Central New York City time, one Business Day before on the date of the proposed Borrowing; provided that no such notice shall be required for any deemed request of an ABR Borrowing to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.07(e‎Section 2.09(e). Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile electronic submission, overnight mail or e-mail telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in substantially the form of Exhibit B ‎Exhibit B, and signed by the Borrower. Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02‎Section 2.03:

Requests for Borrowings. To request a Borrowing, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by email or telephone (a) in the case of a Eurodollar Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central New York time, three (3) Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (b) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central New York time, one Business Day before on the date of the proposed Borrowing; provided that no such notice shall be required for any deemed request of an ABR Borrowing to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.07(e2.08(e). Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile email or e-mail fax to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in substantially the form of Exhibit B and signed by the Borrower. Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02information:

Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.022.02 and Section 6.02:

To request a Borrowing, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by telephone or e-mail (a) in the case of a Eurodollar Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m.12:00 noon, Central New York City time, three (3) Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (ba) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Central New York City time, one Business Day before on the date of the proposed Borrowing; provided that no such notice shall be required for any deemed request of an ABR Borrowing to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 2.07(e2.08(e). Each such telephonic or e-mail Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, delivery or facsimile or e-mail to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request in substantially the form of Exhibit B and signed by the Parent, OP LLC and the Borrower.
