Common use of Requests for Assistance Clause in Contracts

Requests for Assistance. 18 Employees who have been assigned to teach classes outside of their area of recent service 19 may request inservice assistance. Such a request shall be made during or before the 20 initial thirty (30) days of service in the new assignment. The evaluators will develop a 21 plan of assistance, as provided in Part B of this Article. Requests for assistance and 22 successful completion of an inservice plan are an indication of the employee's desire to 23 provide quality service.
