Requesting Party will be billed for non-recurring and recurring charges for accessing UNTW pairs at the time the Requesting Party activates the pair(s). <<customer_name>> will report use of the UNTW pairs on a Local Service Request (LSR) form submitted to BellSouth’s Local Carrier Service Center (LCSC).
Requesting Party. A Party that has requested assistance from a Party from another jurisdiction participating in this Agreement.
