Common use of Request of information Clause in Contracts

Request of information. 1. In the course of investigating the actions of the economic entities which affect or could affect competition, each of the Parties shall have the right to send to the other Party a request of information on activities of the economic entities established in the state of the other Party. The requested information can be used only for the purposes specified in the request and related to the objectives of implementation of the present Agreement.
