Request for Volunteers. Information about available position(s) will be shared with the staff of the sending school and a request made for qualified volunteers who are willing to be involuntarily transferred. Administrators will determine and communicate to the staff the deadline for volunteering.

Request for Volunteers. If a situation requires a reassignment, an Employer shall first request volunteers for the reassignment. If no Employee volunteers, the Employer shall reassign in an equitable manner.
Request for Volunteers. If a situation requires an Employee in a work unit to transfer, the Employer shall first request volunteers for the transfer. If no Employee volunteers, the Employer shall transfer the least senior Employee in that work unit.
Request for Volunteers. Information about available positions will be shared with the nurses who are subject to being involuntarily transferred and a request made for volunteers who would be willing to be placed in those positions. If a nurse volunteers, who in the judgment of the principal and the Office of Student Achievement Services, is qualified and meets the requirements of the position, the Executive Director of Human Resources will make the assignment. If more than one person volunteers, consideration will be given to all volunteers and after consultation with the principals of the sending and receiving schools, the Office of Student Achievement Services and the Executive Director of Human Resources will make the assignment based on the following:
Request for Volunteers. ‌ When implementing the provisions of the layoff procedure, the Employer may first seek, by a five (5) business day posting process, volunteers for layoff or voluntary resignation. If there are more volunteers than affected employees, volunteers will be chosen by Classification Service Credit.
