Request for Re-inspection. If upon inspection for the purpose of Substantial Completion or Final Acceptance, the Project Manager determines that there are items of Work still to be performed, the Contractor shall promptly perform them and then request a re-inspection. If upon re-inspection, the Project Manager determines that the Work is substantially complete or finally accepted, the date of such re-inspection shall be the date of Substantial Completion or Final Acceptance. Re-inspection by the Project Manager shall be made within ten (10) Days after receipt of the Contractor’s written request therefor.

  • REQUEST FOR REVIEW Within sixty (60) days after receiving notice from the Plan Administrator that a claim has been denied (in part or all of the claim), then claimant (or their duly authorized representative) may file with the Plan Administrator, a written request for a review of the denial of the claim. The claimant (or his duly authorized representative) shall then have the opportunity to submit written comments, documents, records and other information relating to the claim.   • Inspection Report The Client and the Company agree that the Company, and its inspector(s), will prepare a written home inspection report which shall:

Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided.   • Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3. The filing of this request for clarification will not postpone the effect of the Panel report nor the deadline for compliance of the adopted decision, unless the Panel decides otherwise.

  • Inspection Reports A "full inspection report" comprises a Site Master File (compiled by the manufacturer or by the inspectorate) and a narrative report by the inspectorate. A "detailed report" responds to specific queries about a firm by the other Party.

  • Vehicle Inspection All State agencies must have a formal vehicle inspection program for State vehicles to assure that vehicles are clean, properly equipped, maintained, and in good repair. Each program must provide:

  • Environmental Inspection at End of Agreement Term A. At Authority’s discretion, at least one hundred and twenty (120) days before the expiration or early termination of the Term as provided herein, Company will conduct an environmental inspection and examination of the Company Premises. At its discretion, Authority may complete environmental reviews to determine if recognized environmental conditions exist that could warrant soil and groundwater sampling. If warranted by the findings of Company or Authority’s inspection or if requested by Authority, a compliance audit or site assessment will be performed within the aforementioned time period by a qualified professional acceptable to Authority who will report the findings to Authority. The cost for professional consulting or engineering services required for such audit will be at the expense of Company. If a site assessment is conducted, Company agrees to pay all associated laboratory and testing fees incurred to test and analyze samples collected during the site assessment process. The Authority may also choose to conduct the compliance audit or site assessment. If the results of the assessment indicate that the Company Premises have been impacted by the release of Hazardous Substances, Company will immediately take such action as is necessary and will provide a substantial guaranty in a form and content acceptable to Authority that Company will clean up the contamination at its own expense, at no expense to Authority, and in accordance with Applicable Laws to the extent that it is obligated to do so by virtue of the foregoing provisions of this Article.
