Request for Re inspection: If upon inspection for the purpose of Substantial Completion or Final Acceptance, the Engineer determines that there are items of Work still to be performed, the Contractor shall promptly perform them and then request a re-inspection. Request for Re. Evaluation of Credits Full-time faculty whose initial date of full-time employment began between July 1, 1998 and August 31, 2004, shall have a one-time opportunity to request a re- evaluation of their initial salary placement if they believe their experience previous to being hired in the District qualified them to be placed at a higher step than was allowed at that time (not to exceed credit for ten (10) years of experience). If it is determined by Human Resources that the initial placement could have been at a higher step, the faculty member shall have the placement revised for the 2005-2006 academic year. Request for review must be submitted to Human Resources prior to September, 2005. Verification documentation must be submitted to Human Resources by October 15th. There shall be no retroactive pay given for years prior to 2005-2006.

  • Request for Transfer Unless the paraeducator and both principals agree, no transfers shall be allowed during a period spanning from 14 calendar days before the first contract work day until after the 20th contract work day. A transfer will not be considered unless the paraeducator is qualified for such vacancy. All transfers shall be initiated by the receiving principal, with copies to the releasing principal or immediate supervisor and the Human Resource Services office. The principal, when making his/her decision, shall consider the following: seniority, educational qualifications, expertise and ability, prior job experience, performance evaluations, and recommendations of previous supervisors.   • Request for Hearing The employee must file a written request for hearing within fifteen calendar days of receipt of the Notice of Dismissal or Suspension. Filing means receipt in the office designated no later than regular close of business on the last day of the filing period.   • Request for Redacted Information In the event of a public records or other disclosure request pursuant to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, the Florida Constitution or other authority, to which documents that are marked as “Confidential” are responsive, the Department will provide the Contractor- redacted copies to the requestor. If a requestor asserts a right to the Confidential Information, the Department will notify the Contractor such an assertion has been made. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to assert that the information in question is exempt from disclosure under Chapter 119 or other applicable law. If the Department becomes subject to a demand for discovery or disclosure of the Confidential Information of the Contractor under legal process, the Department shall give the Contractor prompt notice of the demand prior to releasing the information labeled “Confidential” (unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law). The Contractor shall be responsible for defending its determination that the redacted portions of its response are confidential, proprietary, trade secret, or otherwise not subject to disclosure.

  • Request for Proposal Once the project development stage and joint scope meeting have produced a County approved Detailed Scope of Work, the County will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Contractor. The RFP will include the Scope of Work approved by the County and other pertinent information with regards to scheduling, submittals, shop drawings and sketch requirements.
