Common use of Request for Increase Clause in Contracts

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Request for Increase. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is the applicable Lenders are requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the such Lenders).

At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase increases in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000Commitments; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, 50,000,000 and (ii) no such increase shall be permitted if after giving effect thereto the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requestsAggregate Commitments would exceed $1,500,000,000. Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Revolving Lenders), the Borrower Company, on behalf of itself and the other Borrowers, may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments Revolving Facility by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000300,000,000 (an “Incremental Facility”); provided that (i) any such request for an increase Incremental Facility shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, 5,000,000 and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three (3) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Revolving Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Revolving Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there no Default then exists no Defaultor would arise therefrom, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, time request an increase in the Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00025,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,0005,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower Company may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,0001,000,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00010,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof, and (ii) the Borrower Company may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower Company (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower Company may from time to time, time request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000500,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000100,000,000 or, if less, the amount remaining, and (ii) the Borrower Company may make a maximum of three five such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower Company (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Revolving Lenders), the Borrower Borrowing Agent may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Revolving Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000150,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower Borrowing Agent (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Revolving Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Revolving Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments (which increase may take the form of one or more new revolving loan tranches) by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000150,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00010,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requestsrequests (excluding any such requests that are not consummated). At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments Term and/or Revolving Facility by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00020,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,0005,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three (3) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments Facility by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000100,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00015,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three six such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Event of Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000325,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, 25,000,000 and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three two such requestsrequests per fiscal year. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the LendersLenders (or such shorter time as determined in the sole discretion of the Administrative Agent)).

Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000300,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, or such other amount as may be agreed upon by Borrower and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requestsAdministrative Agent. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders)) as to whether it intends to seek approval for increasing its Commitment.

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Lead Borrower may from time to time, time request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000; provided that provided, that, (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00010,000,000, and (ii) the Lead Borrower may make a maximum of three five (5) such requests, and (iii) as of the date of such request no Default or Event of Default shall exist or have occurred and be continuing. At the time of sending such notice, the Lead Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000300,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three seven such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the LendersLenders or such shorter time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no DefaultDefault or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify each of the Revolver Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, time request an increase in the Aggregate Revolver Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) requests not exceeding $250,000,000200,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase in the Aggregate Revolver Commitments shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending delivery of such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Revolver Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten 10 Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Revolver Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000115,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00025,000,000 and increments of $1,000,000 in excess thereof, or if less, the entire remaining amount, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requestsrequests after April 25, 2018. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower Company (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the LendersAdministrative Agent).

At the time of sending such notice, the Lead Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may after the Closing Date from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000300,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00010,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum in whole multiples of three such requests$5,000,000 in excess thereof. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten five Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments Term Loans by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00024,805,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, 5,000,000 and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three (3) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default or Event of Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the LendersBanks), the Borrower Borrowers may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000150,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower Borrowers may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower Borrowers (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender Bank is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the LendersBanks).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no DefaultEvent of Default then exists, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify such of the LendersLenders as the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall designate), the Borrower may may, from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,0001,000,000,000 in the aggregate; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each designated Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the designated Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Total Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000100,000,000 in the aggregate; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00010,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three five such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, time request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments (which increase may take the form of additional Commitments or one or more additional term loan tranches) by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000300,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

At the time of sending delivery of such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten 10 Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments Revolving Credit Facility by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00030,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,0005,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three two such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to timeBorrowers may, on no more than three occasions, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (not exceeding $100,000,00050,000,000 in the aggregate for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000occurrences together; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests5,000,000. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower BorrowersBorrower Agent (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no DefaultFacility Suspension Event, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the LendersPurchasers), the Borrower Seller Representative may from time to time, time request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00050,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower Seller Representative may make a maximum of three two (2) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower Seller Representative (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender Purchaser is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the LendersPurchasers).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Joint Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Revolving Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount Revolving Facility (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000100,000,000 (an “Incremental Facility”); provided that (i) any such request for an increase Incremental Facility shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00010,000,000 plus additional increments in the amount of $5,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three (3) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Joint Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Revolving Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Revolving Lenders).. 

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower Company may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requestsrequests together) not exceeding in the aggregate $250,000,000500,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower Company may make a maximum of three five such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower Company (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower Company may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000175,000,000.00; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00050,000,000.00, and (ii) the Borrower Company may make a maximum of three (3) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower Company (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, on up to two occasions, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000100,000,000; provided that (i) the Aggregate Commitments may not exceed $500,000,000; and provided further that any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Revolving Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments Revolving Facility by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00050,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,0005,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three (3) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Revolving Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Revolving Lenders).

Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, time request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by to an amount up to but not exceeding (for giving effect to all such requestsincreases) not exceeding $250,000,00050,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, 10,000,000 (or such lesser amount that permits compliance with Section 2.14(e)(iv) and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three five (5) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, time request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments up to a total aggregate amount not to exceed $300,000,000, less the amount of any permanent reductions in the Aggregate Commitments requested by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.06; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00050,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three (3) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to timetime after the First Amendment Effective Date, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments Facility by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00025,000,000 (an “Incremental Facility”); provided that (i) any such request for an increase Incremental Facility shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests5,000,000. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000aggregate Commitments; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,0002,500,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three aggregate Commitments, after giving effect to each such requestsincrease, shall not exceed $750,000,000. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Provided there exists no Default or Unmatured Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments Commitment by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000; 25,000,000.00, provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,0005,000,000.00, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three (3) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten [10] Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments Revolving Commitments, by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00015,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,0005,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Provided there exists no Default or Event of Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which who shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower Company may from time to time, time request an increase in the Aggregate Revolving Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00050,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00010,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower Company may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower Company (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Revolving Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments Revolving Facility by an aggregate amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00050,000,000 (an “Incremental Facility”); provided that (i) any such request for an increase Incremental Facility shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, 5,000,000 and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three five (5) such requestsrequests and no more than one (1) per year. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Revolving Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Revolving Lenders).

Provided there exists no DefaultDefault or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, time request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requestsrequests actually consummated) not exceeding $250,000,00025,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, 5,000,000 and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requestsrequests during the term of this Agreement (excluding any request pursuant to which no increase is made). At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten five Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Lead Borrower may from time to time, time request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000400,000,000; provided that provided, that, (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00010,000,000, and (ii) the Lead Borrower may make a maximum of three five (5) such requests, and (iii) as of the date of such request no Default or Event of Default shall exist or have occurred and be continuing. At the time of sending such notice, the Lead Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists that no DefaultDefault shall have occurred and is then continuing, upon written notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by Facility Amount to an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000500,000,000 in the aggregate after giving effect to such increase; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, 25,000,000 (or such other amount as the Administrative Agent may agree in writing) and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no DefaultDefault and there have been no previous Commitment reductions pursuant to Section 2.06, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00050,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, 10,000,000 and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum increments of three such requests$5,000,000 in excess thereof. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days nor more than thirty Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default or Event of Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower Borrowers may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments (which may be, at the option of the Borrowers, Revolving Commitments and/or Term Loan Commitments) by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000100,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower Borrowers (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Revolving Lenders), the Borrower Borrowers may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments Revolving Facility by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00050,000,000 (an “Incremental Facility”); provided that (i) any such request for an increase Incremental Facility shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00010,000,000 and in increments of $10,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower Borrowers may make a maximum of three (3) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower Borrowers (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Revolving Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Revolving Lenders).

Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an aggregate amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000100,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,00010,000,000, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests. Provided there exists no Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower Company may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requestsrequests in the aggregate) not exceeding $250,000,00050,000,000; provided that that, (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, 5,000,000; and (ii) the Borrower Company may make a maximum of three (3) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower Company (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).”

Provided there exists no DefaultDefault then exists, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding an additional $250,000,00050,000,000.00; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,0005,000,000.00, and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three two such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten seven (7) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Request for Increase. Provided there exists no Default or Event of Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an aggregate amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,00050,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, 10,000,000 and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Provided there no Event of Default then exists no Defaultor would arise therefrom, upon notice to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments Loan by an amount (for all such requestsrequests in the aggregate) not exceeding $250,000,00070,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount increments of $25,000,000, 10,000,000 and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three (3) such requests. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative AgentAgent and the Arranger) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten (10) Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the Lenders).

Provided there exists no Event of Default, upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the Borrower may from time to time, request an increase in the Aggregate Commitments by an amount (for all such requests) not exceeding $250,000,000300,000,000; provided that (i) any such request for an increase shall be in a minimum amount of $25,000,000, 25,000,000 and (ii) the Borrower may make a maximum of three two such requestsrequests per fiscal year. At the time of sending such notice, the Borrower (in consultation with the Administrative Agent) shall specify the time period within which each Lender is requested to respond (which shall in no event be less than ten Business Days from the date of delivery of such notice to the LendersLenders (or such shorter time as determined in the sole discretion of the Administrative Agent)).
