Common use of Request for Hearing Clause in Contracts

Request for Hearing. 1. To dispute the proposed charges or the proposed penalty, the employee must file a request for a hearing with the Superintendent. He/she may file a request by signing and dating the “Request To Be Heard” form and returning it to the Superintendent within five (5) days, either personally or by certified mail, return receipt requested.
