Request for Payment A. Not more than once every thirty days the Consultant shall file its request for payment, accompanied by evidence satisfactory to the City justifying the request for payment, including a report of Work accomplished and tasks completed, and an itemization of Eligible Expenses with copies of receipts and invoices.
Final Payment All items or Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers credited to your account are provisional until we receive final payment. If final payment is not received, we may charge your account for the amount of such items or ACH transfers and impose a return item charge on your account. Any collection fees we incur may be charged to your account. We reserve the right to refuse or return any item or funds transfer.
Request for Dues Check Off Employees shall have the right to request and be allowed dues check off for the Exclusive Representative, provided that dues check off and the proceeds thereof shall not be allowed any employee organization that has lost its right to dues check off pursuant to the PELRA Upon receipt of a properly executed authorization card of the employee involved, the District will deduct from the employee’s paycheck the dues as specified by the Union.
ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL PAYMENT Final payment may be requested by the Contractor upon completion and acceptance, by the Town, of all work as set forth in the Contract Documents. The total amount of final payment shall consist of the Contract Price, as adjusted in accordance with approved change orders, if applicable, less all previous payments to the Contractor.
Payment Cancellation Requests You may cancel or edit any Scheduled Payment (including recurring payments) by following the directions within the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered. There is no charge for canceling or editing a Scheduled Payment. Once the Service has begun processing a payment it cannot be cancelled or edited, therefore a stop payment request must be submitted.

Credit Request and Payment Procedures 1. To receive a Service Credit, the Customer must submit a claim by opening a case in the NAVER CLOUD PLATFORM Customer Support Center by the end of the following month in which the failure occurred (for example, by March 31st if the failure occurred on February 15th), and must submit the claim documents specifying the name of the Product, instance ID, volume ID, task NRN, the time of failure and log data.
