Reprisal. No reprisal of any kind will be made by the University, or UFF against any grievant, any witness, any UFF representative, or any other participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation.
Reprisal. The grievance procedure is intended to assure a grieving employee the right to present his or her grievance without fear of disciplinary action or reprisal by his or her supervisor, superior, or Appointing Authority, provided he or she observes the provisions of this grievance procedure.
