REPRESENTATIVES, COMMITTEES AND MEETINGS. 5.1 ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATIVES No individual employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Association at meetings with the Employer without proper authorization of the Association. In order that this may be facilitated, the Association shall keep the Employer informed at all times as to the names of its officers, employees and members who may be appointed or elected from time to time to any executive, grievance, negotiating or other joint committee or to the position of a local Association Representative.
