Step Two - Written Presentation to the Immediate Supervisor. If the informal discussion fails to bring about a resolution, the Grievant will commit the grievance to writing and send the grievance to his/her immediate supervisor and the shop xxxxxxx within fourteen (14) calendar days after the informal (Step One) discussion using the SEIU Grievance Review Form or a written statement that includes: (1) the nature of the grievance, (2) the section(s) of this Agreement, District policies and/or procedures, or state/federal laws, rules and/or regulations pertaining to employment that allegedly have been misinterpreted or misapplied, and (3) the recommended solution to the grievance. A copy of the grievance form also shall be sent to the Superintendent and the Union Office. The parties shall meet to discuss the grievance without undue delay. The Supervisor shall provide a written response to the Grievant and the Union within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Step Two grievance meeting.

  • Notice of Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Company when any representative of the Union intends to visit the worksite for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits will not disrupt employees working without the supervisor/manager’s permission.

  • Additional Information to be Furnished to the Issuer The Administrator shall furnish to the Issuer from time to time such additional information regarding the Collateral as the Issuer shall reasonably request.

  • Reasonable Time for Winding Up A reasonable time shall be allowed for the orderly winding-up of the business and affairs of the Partnership and the liquidation of its assets pursuant to Section 13.2, in order to minimize any losses otherwise attendant upon such winding-up, and the provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect between the Partners during the period of liquidation.
