Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union shall have the right to have the assistance of Representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees present in all matters arising between the Union and the Employer. The Union will provide the Employer with notice prior to attendance of the National Representative at any meetings with the Employer.
