Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union shall have the right, at any time, to be assisted by a Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and/or the President or Vice-President of the Local as designated by the Local.
Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union shall have the right to have the assistance of Representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees present in all matters arising between the Union and the Employer. The Union will provide the Employer with notice prior to attendance of the National Representative at any meetings with the Employer.
Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such representatives(s)/ advisor(s) shall have access within reason to the Employer’s premises in order to deal with any matters arising out of this Collective Agreement. Wherever possible, the representative(s)/ advisor(s) shall give the employer advance notice of their visit and shall notify the Home of their arrival at the Home
Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. A National Representative of the Union may discuss any matter with an employee on the premises during working hours PROVIDED he/she does not take up any more than fifteen (15) minutes of an employee's paid time in any day AND PROVIDED ALWAYS that before entering the work area, the National Representative confirms with the senior Management representative that the time required for the discussion will not interfere with operational priorities.
Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. (a) The Union (including Local Union Representatives) shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a Representative of CUPE when dealing with the Employer. Such Representative shall have access on the Employer’s premises as designated by the Chief of Police. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of consultants, legal or otherwise, when dealing with the Employer.
Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. By prior arrangement with the General Manager, the National Representative of the Union may visit the Employer’s premises to meet with the Stewards, or other Union Officials, about grievances or other official bargaining unit business.
Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union shall have the right, at any time, to be assisted by a Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and/or the President or Vice-President of the Local as designated by the Local. All time spent to complete grievance meetings with the Employer shall be considered time worked. Such time shall include thirty (30) minutes before the beginning of the meeting with the Employer. The Company will schedule grievance meetings during the regular work hours of both the aggrieved employee and the xxxxxxx unless it is not possible to do so.
Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. 6.8 The Union shall have the right, at any time, to be assisted by a Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and/or the President or Vice-President of the Local as designated by the Local.
