Representative of the Canadian Union. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such Representative shall, on request, be granted access to the Employer’s premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance.

All requests by the representative for access to the Employer’s premise shall be made with twenty-four (24) hours advance notice and must be approved by the Executive Director or designate and such approval shall not be unreasonably denied.
