Representative of CUPE. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of represen- tatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such representatives shall have access to the Employer's premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance, and shall notify the Employer on each such occasion.
