Common use of Representative of Borrower Clause in Contracts

Representative of Borrower. Borrower hereby appoints each of the Authorized Signatories as its agent, attorney-in-fact and representative for the purpose of making Borrowing Requests, Competitive Bid Requests, acceptance of Competitive Bids, Letter of Credit Requests, payment and prepayment of Loans and Competitive Advances, the giving and receipt of notices by and to Borrower under this Agreement and all other purposes incidental to any of the foregoing. Borrower agrees that any action taken by any such Authorized Signatory as the agent, attorney-in-fact and representative of Borrower shall be binding on Borrower to the same extent as if directly taken by Borrower.
