Representative of ANAHEIM. The Director, or his designee, shall represent Anaheim in all matters pertaining to this Agreement. Whenever a reference is made herein to an action or approval to be undertaken by Anaheim, the Director is authorized to act unless this Agreement specifically provides otherwise or the context should otherwise require.

Representative of ANAHEIM. For Work defined as Public Works pursuant to state law and/or municipal ordinance and so identified in the applicable Work Order Package, the Director of Public Works of ANAHEIM or designee shall serve as "ANAHEIM's Representative" in all matters pertaining to such Work to be performed under this Master Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall, in the performance of this Master Agreement for such Work, consult with the Director of Public Works or designee and other ANAHEIM employees as the Director of Public Works or designee may direct. For Work defined as maintenance, operation, inspection, and/or repair of the Electric System pursuant to ANAHEIM’s municipal code or as Immediate Response Services, and so identified in the applicable Work Order Package or Request, the Public Utilities General Manager of ANAHEIM or designee shall serve as "ANAHEIM's Representative" in all matters pertaining to such Work to be rendered under this Master Agreement, including without limitation, termination of this Master Agreement and giving any notices required under this Master Agreement on behalf of ANAHEIM. CONTRACTOR shall, in the performance of this Master Agreement for such Work, consult with the Public Utilities General Manager or designee and such other ANAHEIM employees as the Public Utilities General Manager or designee may direct.
