Common use of Representations and Warranties True and Correct Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties True and Correct. The representations and warranties set forth in Section 4 shall be true and correct when made, and shall be true and correct as of the Closing Date with the same force and effect as if they have been made on and as of the Closing.
