Grantor represents and warrants that: (i) Grantor is the record owner of the Property; (ii) Grantor’s chief executive office is located in the State of Virginia; (iii) Grantor's state of organization is the State of Virginia; (iv) Grantor's exact legal name is as set forth on Page 1 of this Deed of Trust; and
