REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE COMPANY AND THE IsRAELI SUBSIDIARY. Subject to the disclosures set forth in the disclosure letter delivered by the Company and the Israeli Subsidiary (on behalf of the Sellers) to Buyer concurrently with the parties’ execution of this Agreement (the “Company Disclosure Letter”) (which disclosures shall apply to and qualify the Section and, if applicable, the Subsection of this ARTICLE 2 to which it refers, provided, however, that any disclosure made therein shall apply to and qualify any other Section or Subsection of this ARTICLE 2 where it is readily apparent on the face of the disclosures), and each of which disclosures shall also be deemed to be representations and warranties made by the Sellers to Buyer under this ARTICLE 2), the Company and the Israeli Subsidiary each represents and warrants to Buyer, as of the date hereof and as of the Closing Date, as follows (any references to the Company in this ARTICLE 2 shall be deemed to include, to the extent applicable, the Israeli Subsidiary), whether or not the representations herein explicitly refer to the Israeli Subsidiary):
