Common use of Representations and Warranties of the Assignor Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of the Assignor. The Assignor hereby represents and warrants to the Assignee that: this Assignment is effective to vest in the Assignee the Security Interest in the Assigned Rights as set forth herein and an International Interest in the Lease Agreement; the Lease Agreement is in full force and effect, has not been amended, and shall not be amended, terminated, renewed or replaced except with the Assignee's prior written consent; it has made no prior assignment of the Lease Agreement or any other Assigned Rights; the Assignor is not aware of any default by the Operator under the Lease Agreement.
