REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF SELLER CONCERNING THE BUSINESS. Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that the statements contained in this Article IV are correct and complete except as set forth in the schedules delivered by Seller to Buyer on the date hereof (the “Schedules”). The Schedules will be arranged in sections corresponding to the sections contained in this Article IV. Notwithstanding such arrangement, any disclosure contained in any Schedule shall be deemed to constitute a disclosure with respect to all sections of this Article IV to which such disclosure relates.
