Representations and Warranties in Sale Agreement. The representations and warranties made by the Originator to the Seller in the Sale Agreement are hereby remade by the Seller on each date to which they speak in the Sale Agreement as if such representations and warranties were set forth herein. For purposes of this Section 4.1(ff), such representations and warranties are incorporated herein by reference as if made by the Seller to the Administrative Agent, each Purchaser Agent and each of the Secured Parties under the terms hereof mutatis mutandis.
