REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES CONCERNING ACQUIRED SUBSIDIARIES. Subject to any matters disclosed by the Sellers in the disclosure schedule attached hereto (the “Disclosure Schedule”), the Sellers, jointly and severally, represent and warrant to Buyers that the statements contained in this Article IV are true, correct and complete as of the date of this Agreement and will be true, correct and complete as of the Closing Date (as though made then and as though the Closing Date were substituted for the date of this Agreement throughout this Article IV) (unless such representation or warranty expressly relates to a specific date, in which case, as of such date). The Disclosure Schedule will be arranged in sections and subsections corresponding to the sections and subsections contained in this Agreement, and any information disclosed in any such section or subsection of the Disclosure Schedule shall be deemed to be disclosed only for purposes of the corresponding section or subsection of this Agreement.
