REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES 14. 1. If the Customer is an individual, he/she represents and warrants the following to the Company as of the effective date hereof and as of the date of each Deal: The Customer has come of full age and is legally capable of entering this Agreement. 14.2. If the Customer is a legal entity, he/she represents and warrants the following to the Company as of the effective date hereof and as of the date of each Deal: The legal entity was duly incorporated, established and operates on the legal grounds under the applicable legislation, under which the entity was incorporated; The legal entity has obtained respective powers to provide and execute this Agreement, all the Deals and performance of all obligations hereof; Provision and execution of this Agreement by individuals on behalf of the Customer and execution of Deals and fulfilment of obligations under this Agreement, shall be based on the powers provided by the legal entity, The legal entity has all required powers, rights, consents, licenses 14.
