Representation of Underwriters. The Representatives will act for the several Underwriters in connection with this financing, and any action under this Agreement taken by the Representatives will be binding upon all the Underwriters.
Representation of Underwriters. You will act for the several Underwriters in connection with each Offering of Certificates governed by this Agreement, and any action under this Agreement and any Terms Agreement taken by you will be binding upon all the Underwriters identified in such Terms Agreement.

You will act as Representatives for the several Underwriters in connection with all dealings hereunder, and any action under or in respect of this Agreement taken by you jointly or by Xxxxxxxxxx Securities, as Representatives, will be binding upon all the Underwriters.

Representation of Underwriters. The Representatives will act for the several Underwriters in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and any action under this Agreement taken by the Representatives jointly will be binding upon all the Underwriters. Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxx Capital Partners II, LP (the “Attorney-in-Fact”) will act for the Selling Stockholders in connection with such transactions and any action under or in respect of this Agreement taken by the Attorney-in-Fact will be binding upon all the Selling Stockholders.
Representation of Underwriters. The Representatives will act for the several Underwriters in connection with the purchase, offering and sale of the Shares, and any action taken by the Representatives will be binding upon all the Underwriters.
Representation of Underwriters. The Representatives will act for the several Underwriters in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and any action under this Agreement taken by the Representatives jointly or by CSFB will be binding upon all the Underwriters.
