Common use of Representation of the Underwriters Clause in Contracts

Representation of the Underwriters. The Representative will act for the several Underwriters set forth in the applicable Terms Agreement in connection with the transactions described in this Agreement and such Terms Agreement with respect to a given Series of Notes and any action taken by the Representative under this Agreement will be binding upon all the Underwriters for such Series of Notes.

Representation of the Underwriters. The Representative will act for the several Underwriters set forth in the applicable Terms Agreement Schedule 1 attached hereto in connection with the transactions described in this Agreement and such Terms Agreement with respect to a given Series of the Notes and any action taken by the Representative under this Agreement will be binding upon all the Underwriters for such Series of Notes.
