Representation of Interests of Owner. Architect shall represent the Owner during the construction period pursuant to the Architect’s agreement with the Owner and this Article. The duties and responsibilities and the limitations of authority of Architect during construction are set forth in the Contract Documents and will not be changed without written consent of Owner and Architect.
